Our Programs

Sprout & Shine Programs: Where Play Meets Purpose Sprout & Shine offers dynamic, hands-on enrichment programs designed to nurture toddlers' curiosity, creativity, and confidence. From sports to STEM, art to yoga, our variety of classes are tailored for children ages 1-4, providing fun and engaging activities that help them grow socially,

How do I get paid?

Your earnings are based on class enrollment. The more students in your class, the more you make!

Target Class Size: 10 kids (15 max).
If more than 15 enroll, you’ll run 2 classes.
Payments are processed monthly.

What do I need to run a class?

We provide the lesson plans, but you’ll need some basic materials for activities. Many items (toys, sensory bins, craft supplies) can be written off as business expenses!

Great items to have:
✅ Magnatiles & Montessori toys
✅ Sensory play items (bins, rice, beans,)
✅ Art & craft supplies
✅ Play tunnels, balance beams, or toddler movement items

Also, we provide Amazon recommendations for equipment but if you can find it locally for cheaper then more power to you! Shop Facebook Marketplace, thrift stores, clearance, etc.

Do I need teaching experience?

Nope! We provide easy-to-follow training and class plans—you just bring energy and enthusiasm!

Where do I hold classes?

You get to choose your location! Some options include:
Local parks (great for active play & sensory activities)

How do I get kids to sign up?

We’ll provide marketing materials and social media templates to help you promote your classes. Posting in local mom groups, playdate groups, and community pages is a great way to fill spots!

What happens if I need to cancel a class?

Life happens! If you need to cancel, let parents know at least 24 hours in advance and offer a makeup session if possible.

What if the weather is bad for outdoor classes?

We encourage outdoor play in most conditions, but if it’s truly miserable, you can reschedule or move the class to an indoor location.
